Please fill in as much information as you can. If you know about your school site, but are currently doing home learning, then please fill out the form twice.
There is some additional guidance at the bottom for finding more technical information.
To find your machine specifications:
Windows machine:
Open Settings.
Click on System.
Click on About.
Check the Device specifications section to find the computer name, processor, total usable memory, system architecture, and included touch and pen support.
Mac machine:
Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of your Mac.
This will bring up a drop-down menu. Pick the top option: About This Mac.
The resulting window should show you the information you need including processor speed, memory, and graphics card information.
You can get more details by clicking the tabs above, such as Storage (to find out how much disk space you have left) and Memory (to see how much RAM you have and whether you have room to add more).
